How are recordings uploaded to the mobile app?
The device supports two upload methods:
1. Wi-Fi Upload: After setting up Wi-Fi for the device through the app, new recordings will be automatically uploaded to the cloud whenever the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network. You can then view the uploaded recordings in the app.
2. Fast Upload: Users can manually enable “Fast Upload” mode in the app and connect their phone to the device’s hotspot to upload recordings faster.
Will data be lost if the app closes or the connection is interrupted during transfer?
No. Recordings are securely retained on the device. If a transfer is interrupted, the system will automatically resume uploading the recordings when the device reconnects, ensuring data integrity and safety.
Can it record or transcribe offline?
Yes, the device can be powered on and used for recording even when offline. Uploading recordings to the cloud requires a Wi-Fi connection or a device hotspot connection with your phone .To generate text transcripts or play back recordings in the app, an internet connection is needed.
Is my recording data secure?
Yes! Your recordings are strictly protected throughout the entire usage process. When uploaded to the cloud, data is transmitted and stored through encrypted channels. We strictly comply with international privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA to ensure the security of your personal information and content.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee to use ANYPIN?
You do not! ANYPIN is free to use for up to 380 minutes transcription every month, unlimited AI usage & audio storage. However, we do have ANYPIN membership plans for professionals who use it every single day.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Products are shipped from the United States, and delivery typically takes around 5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How long is the warranty period?
The product comes with a one-year warranty. Products damaged by non-human or natural causes during the warranty period are eligible for a free replacement within 180 days.
Can I delete my recordings or transcripts?
You can choose in the app whether to delete recordings or transcripts from the cloud.
