Limited Product Warranty Statement

This Limited Product Warranty applies to all products manufactured by ANYPIN

1. What Does This Warranty Cover?

The Company warrants to the original purchaser that your Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the Warranty Period defined below.

2. What is the Coverage Period?

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of original purchase at retail (the "Warranty Period"). A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required to establish the purchase date. If the Product is repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, the warranty for the repaired or replaced Product will last for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

3. What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by the Company within the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:
  •   (a) Repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  •   (b) Exchange the Product with a Product that is new or has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product.
ANYPIN.ai will honor your preferred remedy unless it is impracticable or would impose unreasonable costs. If neither repair nor replacement can be completed within a reasonable time, you may seek additional remedies under applicable laws.

4. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? (Exclusions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following
  • (a) Normal Wear and Tear: Including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or degradation of consumable parts (like batteries) over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • (b) Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect: Including failure to follow instructions related to the Product's use, maintenance, or connection to external power.
  • (c) Cosmetic damage: Such as scratches, chips, or broken plastic on ports, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • (d) Damage caused by third-party products: This includes damage from use with non-Company accessories or products.
  • (e) Products that have been modified or altered: Including unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized representative of the Company.
  • (f) Products used for commercial purposes (unless explicitly authorized).
  • (g) Damage caused by acts of nature: Including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, or earthquake.
  • (h)Damage caused by external force: including but not limited to: dropping, collision, bending, moisture, or liquid damage, etc.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To obtain service under this warranty, the purchaser must:
  •   (a) Contact Customer Support: Contact us at support@anypin.ai to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  •   (b) Provide Proof: Submit a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order ID, receipt).
  •   (c) Return the Product: Ship the Product, freight prepaid, in its original or adequately protected packaging, along with the RMA number, to the address provided by the Company’s support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS), REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
