When will your order ship?

We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Here's what you can expect once you've placed your order with us:

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after placement.

Delivery Time: The delivery time is as follows.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

For remote areas, such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Florida, delivery time is 15-20 business days.

Note: Delivery may be delayed up to 7 business days due to peak periods, weather, or carrier issues.

If the address is undeliverable, we will notify you by email about changing the delivery address or refunding your order. Please leave an email address where we can communicate with you, and pay attention to our emails. 

We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delivery delays. In such cases, we will send you an email reminder. 

If you haven't received an update on your shipment within approximately 3 business days, please contact us at support@anypin.ai, and we'll assist you promptly.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
